I am impressed with the service I received by your technician Caleb. He was very prompt; really he was a few minutes early on which was non a problem as I was prepared for his arrival. He introduced himself and was fully masked when I answered my door. At my request he removed his shoes before entering my domicile because he did not have booties with him. He clearly explained and demonstrated the problem areas and within an hr had my garage door fully operational. I can highly recommend Precision Door Service and specifically Caleb for their outstanding service!
